ARBITRATION: Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the customer and Sencha Teahouse LLC through communication between the parties shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the applicable procedures of the Better Business Bureau ("BBBî). BY ENTERING INTO THIS CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM THIS WEB SITE, BOTH PARTIES ARE GIVING UP THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO HAVE ANY SUCH DISPUTE DECIDED IN A COURT OF LAW BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY, AND INSTEAD ARE ACCEPTING THE USE OF ARBITRATION. THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES (SENCHA TEAHOUSE LLC AND CUSTOMER) AND SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.

THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA (EXCLUSIVE OF CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES) AND WILL, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE, BE DEEMED TO CALL FOR PERFORMANCE IN DEKALB COUNTY IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA.
